I didn't get my sign-in code

Codes come from [email protected] within a minute. Check spam, and make sure you typed the address right. Each code works for 15 minutes; asking again sends a fresh one.

I'm getting stories I don't care about

Tap "Not relevant" on them; the editor learns from it. For bigger changes, edit the interest and say what you don't want ("not opinion pieces", "only my neighborhood").

I'm not getting notifications

Notifications come through the iPhone app. Open it, allow notifications when asked (or under You), and use the test button there. Check the interest's notification setting, your quiet hours and the daily limit.

Deleting your account

Under You, choose Delete account. Everything is removed right away.
